This workshop will provide an opportunity to explore the effects that stress has on our physical body, our mind and our emotions.
We will dive deeper into balancing our hormones, through the power of yoga, meditation, breath, affirmations, journalling and emotional freedom technique.
A home yoga and meditation practice will be provided to take away, with a Hormonal Wellbeing sheet from my new website coming soon.
