Yoga Nidra is an antidote to our modern life, a guided, systematic relaxation practice that allows you the opportunity to relax, replenish and renew. In this meditation practice, there is nothing required but to lie down and listen while you relax, heal and transform within every level of being.

We are a married couple in our early 50s. Having made a couple of half-hearted attempts at yoga in the past, and getting to the age where one ought to look after oneself a bit better, healthy and fairly fit though we are, we decided to seek out a local Yoga class. Julia's class is friendly and focused, with the sessions take place in an atmosphere of tranquillity and supportiveness.
I've tried a number of different yoga classes over the years and having experienced Julia's classes would never go anywhere else. Many of the classes I've been to have been about exercise and who can be the most bendy! Julia's classes are a completely different experience - she encourages you to really listen to your body and to do what is right for you. Julia's natural warmth creates a feeling of calm, space and time in her classes - I always leave feeling re-engergised in body and mind ... Rachael
