Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful guided meditation practice.

Feather your nest, as you lay on your back, using pillows, cushions, bolsters, blankets and possibly covering your eyes if that feels comfortable. Relax into a systematic guided practice that takes you through the pancha maya kosha, the five layers of self, leaving you with a sense of wholeness, deep rest and an inner state of calm.
